1st CLEANING Service
• I address all areas in your service plan and work hard to provide maximum cleaning as time/budget allows. If you book recurring service I will identify what may need deeper or repeat attention.

• Each service is highly personalized. Workflow and progress will depend on your needs and the scope & complexity of your project.
• You can expect me to provide a detailed action plan, solutions, positive energy and a smile.ENJOY YOUR CALM & INSPIRING HAVN!

INCLUDED
• All necessary equipment & supplies (see HEALTHY NON-TOXIC CLEANING PRODUCTS)
• Complete cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms
• Dust all surfaces
• Vacuum all rooms, floors ,and stairs
• Mop all rooms with hard floors; kitchen, bath, entry, etc
• Vacuum couches and chairs in living area
•Empty wastebaskets
• Other services based on your unique space.NOT INCLUDED
or additional time/fee
• Services that are not included in HH standard service include but are not limited to… laundry, linens, windows, inside the oven & fridge, washing dishes etc.
• Most service needs can be accommodated by booking additional service time.• FAIRBANKS FACTORS; Lifestyle factors that increase the amount of time it will take to clean your space. These include how recently you have had professional cleaning service, number of children & pets, heating with a woodstove, hard and/or staining well water, pairs of boots & quantity of outdoor gear (just kidding), indoor-outdoor traffic etc. You are Alaskan so you know what I am referring to.

• Once a schedule is established you can expect me to arrive promptly at the agreed upon date & time window.
• Cancellations or changes require 48 hours notice. Life happens… but in most cases last minute cancellations or lock-outs will be charged a rescheduling fee. -
RATE
• All service charges are based on time/hourly rate. All cleaning supplies & equipment are included. I work efficiently & effectively- you can expect exceptional service. References upon request.
• PAYMENT OPTIONS
All Credit Cards accepted
An itemized invoice is sent (via QUICKBOOKS) after your service or project is complete. Easily pay with a credit card, Apple Pay, Bank Trsfr etc. using the secure link provided on your invoice.Checks can be written to: Sarah Cameron/Healthy Havn
